Vegan Smoothie Bowl Ideas! {easy + healthy}

#1 Chocolate & Oat Smoothie:

4-6 dates, soaked in water for 15-20 min (or even overnight)

a handful of ice (~ 8-10 ice cubes)

1 cup non dairy milk (250ml)

½ cup oats,

small cut (45g) 1 ½ Tbsp cacao, unsweetened

1 Tbsp almond butter

topping ideas: cacao, oats, granola, berries, almond butter

 

#2 Blue Lemon Vanilla Smoothie:

2-3 ripe, frozen bananas

juice of ½ lemon

zest of ½ lemon

½ tsp vanilla

½ cup vegan yogurt (120g)

¼ cup plant milk (60ml)

1-2 tsp spirulina powder (optional, but it won’t be blue then obvs)

topping ideas: blueberries, chia seeds, hazelnuts

 

#3 High Protein Blackberry Smoothie:

2 frozen bananas

2-3 dates, soaked in water for 15-20 min (or even overnight)

1 cup blackberries, frozen (150g)

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

2 tsp hemp powder

2 handfuls of fresh baby spinach

2 Tbsp vegan yogurt

1 cup plant milk (250ml)

topping ideas: berries, poppy seeds, vegan yogurt, mint if you’re feeling fancy
