VEGAN KIMCHI JJIGAE (KIMCHI STEW) RECIPE // easy, quick dinner

60 RECIPES E-BOOK ►►

Hi guys, in this video I’m showing you guys a super popular Korean dish and what you can do with your over-fermented and sour kimchi that you’ve had stored in your fridge for months! You can make VEGAN KIMCHI STEW or KIMCHI JJIGAE!

This stuff is seriously the BOMB and it’s honestly so easy to make, it’s ridiculous. You just need a few ingredients and you don’t really even need to measure anything (I just eyeball, it’s easier). This kimchi stew is so delicious with rice and I feel like it’s the PERFECT winter comfort food. I hope you guys enjoy this and give me a thumbs up if you did!
