1 Cup All Purpose Flour

1/4 Tsp Baking Powder

3 Tbs Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

1/2 Cup Brown Sugar

1/2 Cup Vegan Butter

1/2 Cup Oats, Preferably Rolled Oats

(Coffee Mixture) 1 Tbs Coffee Powder Of Your Choice, Preferably Espresso

1 Tbs Water

Directions: -In a large bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder -Mix brown sugar into the bowl -To make coffee mixture, put the water in a mug, microwave for 30 seconds -Mix coffee powder into the hot water as thoroughly as possible -Mix coffee mixture into the bowl -Add vegan butter and oats into the bowl, use hands to create a dough -Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper -Form dough into 10-14 balls, flatten them slightly and place onto baking sheet -Bake for about 15 minutes or until crisp -Let cookies cool after baking, store in airtight container for up to a week after baking.
