How To Make COCONUT MILK At Home | Easy Vegan Homemade Nut Milk Recipe

1 cup of fresh shredded coconut(or more if you want more creamy milk)

4 cups of water

2-3 soft pitted dates(this is to add some sweetness)

dash of cinnamon (if you like)

Blend everything in a food processor or a blender for 1-2 minutes and then use a strainer and/or nut milk cloth to separate the coconut pulp from the coconut milk.

Store in your fridge and enjoy up to 3 days.
