    If you’ve been watching for a while and feel like you’re getting deja vu it’s because we made this video last year. We’re moving all of our timeless content over from our family channel to this designated fitness channel before making new content, but each video has to be downloaded from Dropbox, re-edited to remove any references to being a daily family channel and then re-uploaded/tagged/described etc to YouTube with our super slow connection so I’m only managing 2 maximum per day! 🙂 -Darren
