1/2 CUP POWDER SUGAR

1/2 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR

1/4 CUP COCOA POWDER

1/2 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER

JUST A PINCH BAKING SODA

1/2 CUP MILK,

MIX IT GRADUALLY

1/2 TEASPOON VANILLA EXTRACT

1/4 CUP DARK CHOCOLATE CHUNK

6 INCH CAKE MOULD WITH BAKING PAPER

POUR THE BATTER INTO THE MOULD & SPREAD EVENLY

HEAT UP THE PAN WITH A LID

PLACE A WIRE STAND INSIDE THE PAN & HEAT UP FOR 5-7 MIN.

IN MEDIUM HEAT PLACE THE MOULD INSIDE THE PRE-HEATED PAN

CAKE IS READY, LET IT COOL COMPLETELY

1/2 CUP WHIPPING CREAM BEAT FOR A WHILE

1/4 CUP POWDER SUGAR

1/2 CUP MELTED CHOCOLATE

POUR THE MOUSSE OVER THE BROWNIE & SPREAD EVENLY

CUT INTO PIECES SERVE WITH CHOCOLATE SAUCE
