Here is the recipe for the VEGAN version of this:
Dough is exactly the same
1/4 cup or so cashew nuts
2-3 tbsp soy milk
2 tbsp olive oil
1-2 tsp vinegar or lemon juice
Little salt and black pepper to taste
Little hot sauce to taste
Pinch of nutritional yeast
2-3 tbsp pizza sauce
Your choice of vegetables and/or herbs (fresh or dry)
1/3 cup Daiya mozzarella cheese or any other vegan pizza cheese you like
1. Blend all the ingredients for the cheese sauce with a little bit of water till creamy and smooth.
2. Follow the same method of spreading etc and topping, but replacing the dairy cheese with vegan cheese.
